♥ Orange Dessert!

Met Chris & an ex-client for lunch at Central Clarke Quay last week, went to this Jap restaurant called Tom Ton... The food is nice but what really left a deep impression is an interesting Orange dessert!

The whole orange shape is kept intact, the fillings are all scraped out. What's inside is chunks of fresh orange sacs & jelly (if i'm not wrong it's those jap jello - Guo Dong)

I think it should be quite easy to make on my own, hee! Shall give it a try this weekend if i can find some time! Hee... shall make my family guinea pigs =P
