The market seems bleak out there... it's like a dark stormy day where the sky looks like 8ish pm when it's only noon...
Lots of people getting unemployed... and the thought scares & worries me... Will i be one of those out there?

DBS Bank cut 900 jobs
Citigroup plans to slash up to 50,000 jobs in 2009
Sun Microsystems lay off up to 6,000 workers
NOL to slash 1,000 jobs to combat industry downturn

People who knows me, will know that i get frustrated easily with uncertainty, unsure of what is ahead, can only keep guessing to find my direction.
With the uncertainly ahead... the morale gets low... I will not be surprise if i get myself into a state of depression if i allow myself to worry somemore...

Come on Ting, dont be fearful for our Heavenly Father knows what is ahead of me... i'm reminded of Jeremiah 29: 11-12
"11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. "

I know i really need to depend not on myself but on God. He is faithful & will carry me thru the uncertainty....
Also, at the very least, i still have my job now... it's just a matter of for how long...

Okie, really need to plan on being VERY Prudent in my spending now...
